Feeding & getting fed

by thewallflowerchapter

Dinner is a one-hand affair these days, sometimes I’ll be nursing the little berry in one arm and using my other hand to shovel food into my mouth.

I really don’t mind this even though it looks kinda sad on the outside, because the little berry gets to eat/rest and peace is kept while we eat.

The only tricky part is getting the food into bite-sizes (because I only have one hand), and getting to the food when it’s far away (because I can’t lean forward). I think this is when team 48 really does its teamwork best. GY has taken to helping me cut up the food into bite-size pieces and getting more food for me whenever I run out.

Amazingly, this dining “handicap” has made me feel very loved : )
