2 Corinthians 12:9 (NIV)
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. ” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.
Ephesians 2:8-9 (NIV)
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast.
Today I was reminded that God’s grace is sufficient for us in taking care of the little berry, because his power is made perfect in our weakness, in our inadequacy, in our helplessness. What a perfectly wonderful name God has selected for our daughter, that we might always be reminded of His grace for us in our lives.
